Mission: You Are More is a Christ- centered mentoring organization built to equip, educate, and encourage young women locally, regionally, and across the world to live a life of freedom through Jesus Christ.

You Are More was birthed out of a desire to see women all over the world become who God created them to be. We are beautiful, powerful, intelligent, and let's not forget fearfully and wonderfully made by God. You Are More is dedicated to equipping, educating, and encouraging young women all over the world. We know that these the E's will lead to Empowerment through Christ. YAM is dedicated to helping women from ages 11 to 30 years old, but we are not limited to those ages. You Are More will accomplish its task through mentoring, volunteering and God empowerment.

This organization has been a desire for Akilla Miller and Ariane Walker for several years. After overcoming several personal struggles, Akilla decided to move forward with the vision God had given her. She could identify with the lack of confidence, respect, and self worth among women and knew that there was a need for an organization as such. After much prayer and preparation You Are More, Inc was officially launched in early 2015.
