To equip teen girls with the tools needed to be successful in choosing the right path for higher education. To encourage teen girls to be proactive in the pursuit for higher education.

You Are More is a Christ-centered 501(c)3 non-profit mentoring organization built to equip, educate, and encourage women of all ages. We desire that young girls and ladies would be empowered by biblical principles, compelled to break stereotypes, and become women with Godly character and integrity.
Since 2015 Y.A.M. has dedicated its time to educating young women through mentoring, community service, and career development. Y.A.M. also educates our participants on the art of reciprocity and gratitude. In doing so, along with receiving mentoring, participants participate in local community service events as a way of giving back.
